Timothy David Crawshaw MA MRTPI FRSA is a highly experienced planning and development consultant based in the UK. With offices in Richmond, North Yorkshire he is the principal consultant of Timothy David Crawshaw Urban Design providing a full range of planning and development services with an emphasis on urban design, the natural environment, sustainability and heritage.
Originally trained in Architecture he holds a Masters in Urban Design and is a Chartered Town Planner. Alongside a wealth of technical skills developed over the last twenty five years he is an accomplished facilitator, educator and trainer.
With specific interests and experience in green urban development, planning for health and wellbeing and community engagement he works nationally and internationally in a wide variety of contexts and on projects ranging from individual buildings to city scale plans.
Timothy in the Vice President of the Royal Town Planning Institute and also is the Chair of the Tees Valley Nature Partnership and of the Historic Towns and Villages Forum.
